Four Seasons at Harbor Bay offers 387 single family homes to buyers 55 and older. The community offers resort style living with on site amenities.
Home buyers can choose from eight different model designs featuring open floor plans. Community amenities include 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, entertainment room, billiards, and more.
The community offers several spec homes that are built and ready to buy, along with new construction homes.
Four Seasons Harbor Bay is located in Little Egg Harbor, and is only a five minute drive to the bay and 15 minutes to the ocean.
