The Spring here has been fairly uneventful! The weather has been as nasty as it can be with snow, rain and not much sun to speak of. The good news is that sales are up drastically from last year at this point in time! From January 1,2009 to June 1, 2009 there were 40 sales in Teton County. This year there have been 98 sales in Teton County. There have been 7 sales over $4 million this year as compared to 2 at 3 at the same period last year.
