Jun 1st... I now weigh six pounds less than I weighed May 1st...
My goal has been ten pounds a month and I lost four pounds in April and now six pounds in May.
I have "mixed" feelings... I am thirteen pounds behind my original schedule...
Do I need to re-visit my goals? Do I need to "shape up" (I know I have been going off my plan for greater periods and the results show it :(
Or should I take a proverbial "pill" and relax. Thirty Seven Pounds since Feb 1st is still an accomplishment.
I had originally thought of taking new pictures at fifty pound intervals, might revise that to seventy-five pound intervals (I hate taking pictures ;-)
Another rough month ahead... lots of special occasions. But if this is to be the new me, I have to learn to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and special holidays in a manner that doesn't negatively affect me greatly.
I think I am going to let go the thirteen pounds I am behind the goals set originally and start Jun 1st fresh with a clean slate, POSITIVE that June will be a good month for me. Hopefully you will see ten pounds less of me on July 1st =)
