Creating my first YouTube Video...

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with The Briles Company

So after spending time thinking about how to help drive traffic to the neighborhood where I have several listings, I decided to put together a YouTube video about the area.  Since this is my first attempt at "putting a video together", I learned lots of lessons!

I used Powerpoint to make some slides of pictures and add some text and then I used the microphone from my computer to record the information.  I went throughout the area and took photos to include in the video too.  Now I went into Windows Movie Maker to put together the pictures, text, and voice.  This took some time so I could match up the voice with the correct pictures.  Also, I learned that you have to "publish" the video in order to get the right format for YouTube...so without further rumbling, check it out...

Anyways, what do you think?  Any suggestions?  Ways to improve?

Thanks for your help!

Yes this is the sign of the times. You tube video. Hi Techs can do wonders but you did well for your first time. I would say as a suggestion, read your script 20 times over so it sounds more fluent. It sounds like you are reading, which I know you are, but going over and over will make it smoother next time. I am sure your broker suggest that with scripts for other facets of your real estate. Also pictures are a bit fast.
