Do it yourself

I have one of my own houses listed for sale, it is priced right, it is staged, new paint in and out and carpet.  but it only has 2 bedrooms.  I have a second showing tomorrow so I am headed over there right now to touch up clean, turn on the lights, and bake some cookies to make it smell good.  See ya later.  Caryn
