For some reason the Baltimore City code officials are insisting that CSST gas tubing must not be bonded at the service panel. This goes against all of the best information provided by the manufacturers and other interested parties. See this link for more information http://thecuttingedgellc.com/downloads/CSST_Always_Bond.pdf
Part of the problem is the confusion about who is responsible, the plumber or the electrician...
I am waiting to hear back from the Code officials to see if they are willing to listen to the manufacturers. In the mean time I will continue to call out unbonded CSST gas lines as a potential hazard.
