When walking through furniture stores that have beautiful ,inviting bedrooms set up, how does that make you feel? I know I sometimes want to slide in and relax and take a nap... Most buyers are viewing about 10 homes on their list, so that means that if you want your home to stand out in their mind, you must leave a lasting impression. One way to do that is to splurge a little on your bedding, especially in the master bedroom. It will be a minimal investment but will allow the buyer to envision luxurious bedding, crisp fresh sheets, and inviting fluffy pillows for them to imagine themselves relaxing in that bedroom. Once they have made that emotional connection with that room, you just sit back and wait for the offers to come your way!!!
