the BP oil spill is certainly a devastating natural disaster to the Gulf Coast region, but it certainly does not mean the real estate market is dead...not by a long shot! Investors realize there will be opportunities in which procuring distressed properties will become more available. Certainly there will be challenges, but offers are being made, listings are going to the closing table, and buyers are inquiring daily...what type of deal are you looking for?

After hearing all the press, I think we are all going to die... But, there is hope ahead, and it will still work out somehome. I am glad to be in a very hot desert compared to the mess on the coastal cities.
