I'm really giving my video making skills a workout! Check out the video I made for our upcoming Hideout Open House Extravaganza!

And don't forget to check out my two listings - 4325 North Fairway Drive and 2248 Highpoint Court - both lovely Hideout Homes for sale looking for new owners!!!!

Weichert Realtors Paupack Group will be hosting a huge Open House event at The Hideout, Lake Ariel PA - one of northeast PA's most popular homeowner communities.
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Date: June 5, 2010

Watch the video for an overview of The Hideout as well as a peek at most of the homes that will be open.  The newest listing, a lovely lakefront home on motorboat Lake Roamingwood, is too new for the video!

The Hideout has excellent amenities, including:
  • Motorboat and non motorboat lakes
  • Beaches
  • Golf course, golf club, pro shop
  • Recreation center with game rooms, arcade, toddler room, party room, indoor tennis, movie room, etc.
  • Tennis courts, basketball, etc.
  • Campground
  • Ski hill w/ lodge & lift
  • Arts & Crafts Center
  • Gated entry, 24 hour security, paved roads, central water & sewer
  • So much more!

Can't make the Open House Event?  That's OK - call me at 570-647-5170 and we'll set up your own private tour at YOUR convenience!

WOW You are a tour director of sorts after all.  Wallenpaupack is NOT pronounced the way I thought it would be... good video I watched it start to finish.
