The month of May was suppose to give us a good idea on what would happen to the amount of real estate activity after the first time home buyer tax credit deadline passed. I have noticed a slight decrease in the amount of showings on homes that are in the first time home buyer price range. I am optimistic that we will see an increase in sales this summer due to housing being very affordable, and the interest rates staying low.
