Tim and Jennifer provided very prompt and timely service. They were available to answer any questions and explain their findings in great detail. Both of them are very friendly and professional. The report I received was easy to understand and easy to comprehend. They provided extra services to the contractors that I had hired to fix the discrepancies that was found. Throughout the time of using their services I felt that they constantly providing me with services that was above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely refer them and I will use their services again if the need arises.
