Gainesville, VA's community of Glenkirk Estates is a brand new community along the Linton Hall Corridor.  It can be accessed by Glenkirk Road or by Rollins Ford Drive off of Linton Hall Road.  If you live in Bristow or Gainesville, and do not have a community pool, Glenkirk Estates has something wonderful to offer:

POOL MEMBERSHIPS!

It's only June at the time of this post and already the temperatures are in the low to mid 90's.  The humidity is here.  The pool is relief that communities like Ashley Ridge, Laurianne Woods and Village Place just don't have.  So here's  your chance to buy a cool-off and fun package for the entire family.

Memberships are for the entire season, which ends September 6, 2010 and cost $475 for the whole family.  Call of email TWC Association Management at 703-437-5800 or email Michelle Goard at mgoard@twcmanagement.com.  I just emailed Michelle before writing this post and there are only five memberships still available.

If you want to beat the heat this summer in Bristow or Gainesville, VA and don't have a community pool of your own, this is your opportunity.

What a great way for non-members to enjoy the pool!

Chris Ann:  Can you please tell me what watermarking program you are using?  I need one and am confused about which one to use.  Thanks!

Hey Chris Ann what a great hyper local post featuring this club. It's an excellent time of the year to remind folks to sign up!

That is a great idea for local HOAs to increase income and get outsiders to fall in love with the community.

For a family of four, that membership costs less than $10 per person per month. Can't even buy a pizza for that.

Russell:  This time of year, one of the most frequently asked questions I get from buyers viewing property is, "Does this community have a pool?"  Nice to know there are opportunities for folks living in communities that don't have a pool.

Cara:  It is a good idea.  And I'm sure it's helping pay for the pool since the community is not built out yet.

Elizabeth:  That is a good deal.  I love that you did that math.

Chris Ann, that pool certainly does look inviting right about now!  I have to go out - and I'm not too happy about it!

Pat:  I was out for about three hours yesterday taking pictures of community pools and amenities.  It was hot and humid and it was all I could do by the third pool to just walk around the perimeter and not jump in.
