Rich,

Good information here!  Agents who have the savvy to continue their education plan to be around for a long time.  Designations are signs of a career agent.

Rich, these keep getting better and better.  These will make a great pre-listing packet.  Thanks for guiding people back to AR to find the respective agent, a clear sign of unselfish generosity.

I'm surprised that the "Spell Check" police didn't issue you a citation?

Rich, didn't you know you get "points" for spelling errors.  That's why I make so many of them!

Rich, If they arrested us for spelling errors, I would be serving a life sentence.

First time homebuyers make up the largest percentage of my loans, i love working with them.  Great points.

Good one, George. But I don't think they make you serve hard time for spelling errors. They would probably make you subscribe to Reader's Digest and study the Word Power every month, or make you watch the movie "Akeelah & The Bee" over and over again.

Rich, Again, another piece that is well suited to new agents in the business. I find that there are too many ill prepared new agents. While I agree there is a learning curve, most lack the materials and support from the Broker, necessary to perform at an acceptable level.

Willam - having a supportive Broker is huge. I think that's why there are so many ill-prepared agents out there, because the Managing Broker doesn't take the time to ensure they are properly trained and supported. Thanks again for your comments!
