Sellers Tip (Upgrade your Appliances)

By
Real Estate Agent with First Weber Hedeman Group

Appliance Upgrades

Although upgrading appliances requires a somewhat larger initial investment, it can have a big impact on your home's appearance and final sale price. New appliances that match each other, as well as the home's overall style, give a high-end impression that is appealing to buyers. You may also want to consider updating your counter tops to give the entire kitchen a renovated feel.

I think you will be surprised how affordable the Dairyland is,

so come to my land of cows and plows and visit for a day, but stay for a lifetime

This is so true a seller should want to do everything to get there home sold and sometimes that means upgrading the appliances. Spending a little money ahead of time will save time on the market meaning money later.

Spending money on kitchen renovations and appliance upgrades is a no brainer.  Money in the bank.
