I printed a flyer with a haunted house and the word "buying and selling a house doesn't have to be scary". telling them to call or email. I will put my card on the orange flyer and attach it to a pumpkin. I am going to give them out to each house on the block where I have listings. I will do this Saturday and will hopefully find people at home. Any feedback? Caryn

I like the idea but maybe I'm easy to please. I think it is a great way to promote yourself in an area where you have a listing and if need be you can always upgrade your paper quality with such a limited run.
