What documents do I need to rent a condo/home?

Rental Application


In order for a tenant to be considered for any rental property he or she must provide the following information:


*Completed Lease application: This is an application to rent a specific property and it will legally allow us to run your credit.


*Proof of income: Pay Stubs if W2 or Bank Statements/tax returns if you are self employed.

*Personal letter: a little about you and your family, gives a personal touch and works out great if there are multiple applications.

*Credit report: Our team will run this, the tenant pays for it and it is $20.00 for each person over the age of 18.

(Now, don’t worry if you think your credit is not good, because credit is not the only item the landlord base’s their decision on.)
