I lived across the San Diego River from Mission Gate while it was being built so I got to watch them rise when I took my daily walks by them.

Amenities at Mission Gate include swimming pool and spa. Many of the units have a view of the San Diego River, and all units have in-unit laundries. Homeowners Association dues are $$205 a month, which include common area maintenance, exterior building and roof maintenance, landscaping, sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

As of June 7, 2010, in Mission Gate, there just one unit for sale, a 2/3 with 1,249 square feet listed at $399,999. Only one other unit has been sold in 2010, a 3/3 with 1,628 square feet closing escrow at $475,000.
