Charita, best of luck with the Open, as you know I have doing some research on why Open Houses do not work here in Gettysburg. Why just yesterday I held another "experiment" proving once again that people do not show up for OH's here in G'burg.

Seriously, it has become a running joke around here, next time I am having a give away, I refuse to give up. I know you will get your house sold today, best of luck.
