This past Friday my husband Lou and I, along with my parents, had the pleasure of hearing our daughter sing at her voice recital. She takes lesson at the West Side Vocal Academy in Akron Ohio. Some of you may know that I have a degree in music education but this child sings better at age 15 than I did at 20 and oh what joy that brings me.
Barb, Absolutely beautiful voice. I can only imagine how proud you and the entire family is ... what a true blessing.
Thank you Alice and Kathleen! We are proud of her and especially so because she knows her talent is a gift from God and she uses it often to praise Him.

Barb - I was so nervous for her, but the moment the first note came out, I realized she doesn't need anyone to feel nervous for her at all! She's got a God-given talent, and amazing confidence to back it up. So beautiful!!! You've done a fine job.
Thanks Lina! She has a wonderful teacher that inspires her with a lot of confidence. I've been after my husband to make me a cd of her last 4 solos and then add to it as she does more. Won't that be a great cd to have??
