Curb appeal is important! Its what first attracts Buyers to your home. Buyers have to want to walk through the front door to be interested in whats on the inside. So Presentation is everything. Try to Make it Welcoming and warm. Take some pictures of the Front of your home and then compare it to other like properties in your neighborhood. They say a picture can say a thousand words and its so true. Clean the walk way, front porch, windows, Get rid of any clutter that might be around. Paint trim around your windows and doors perhaps to pronounce and accent your home. Plant bushes and flowers, trim hedges and remove everything that doesn't belong. Don't forget Mulch in your flower beds it will add important appeal. Everything extra you do on the exterior will help to make those all important pictures of your home really shine above the others and help to make the buyers decision to view your home a reality. Hooked on Houses did an article on a 1950's Bungalow in Indianapolis that was redone for Curb Appeal. It shows the difference between plain and warm and welcoming. Happy Selling and hope you Sell your home soon.

Thank you Angela. Appreciate the response. I'm Working with a listing that really needs some revamping on the crub appeal side, so while doing some research thought it makes for a great Active Rain Subject.
