I need some help!!
I have been working a short sale with Wells Fargo for almost 2 months now on a property I have listed. We have a "REALLY" good offer on this property, but I can not get a negotiator for Wells Fargo to call me back. Every time I call Wells Fargo, I speak to a different person & every time, they have a different time line for a response regarding the offer.
Does anyone have a contact person at Wells Fargo, in the short sale department, that knows what they are doing???
