Blanket loan

I am part owner of an LLC that is purchasing rental properties. We currently have 2 duplexes and 5 single family detached. their are no liens on the properties and we have used some hard money for some of the purchases. We purchase at trustee sales and rehab the units before we rent them. At the present time we have six out of the seven rented with leases. We are looking for a lender that can help us out with one loan on all seven units so that we can purchase additional units. Is there someone in the group that can help me find a lender out there. The LTV we are looking for is no higher than 70%. Total value on all of the properties approx 250K. We are in Arizona
