It's a small city with no employment or major industry. Why would there be a commute time?) 4) Household Income Rank: 57 (It's low and dropping quickly. The area is ranked in the bottom quartile for economic recovery.) 5) Home Ownership Rank: 28 (Odd data point. I would rather have a job, than a home.) 6) Homeowner Costs Rank: 40 (Low home prices driven by lack of employment opportunity.) Home prices continue to drop in real terms year-on-year. The only people that dispute that are real estate agents.) 7) Education Rank: 20 (2 good suburban schools, the rest are very average.
