Working with a great Killeen Texas buyer today- who actually thought she couldn't buy a home! I love these stories- and even though typically I make the least money on these deals- they are still my favorite. We will be shopping all afternoon in Killeen, Harker Heights & Fort Hood and hopefully will be writing an offer this evening!
Tomorrow a soldier home from Iraq will be meeting with me to house shop too! By the time I am finished with these 2 buyers- I will have been ALL over Killeen Texas!
Working with 2 more that are on their way in the next 3 weeks- thats typical for our market in Fort Hood Texas. Someone always in or out! Another soldier who is leaving Fort Hood- is listing his home for sale with me this week! I love this real estate market!
