More and more I am asked this question-well...honestly if you are asking yourself this-I have some questions for you?
Now can definitely be the best time to buy for you if...
- You have your finances in order
-You have a good Credit score
-You can afford to purchase a home and/or you know how much you can afford
-You are looking to make an investment for your future
-You have spoken with a Lender and are pre-approved
-You are realistic about buying a home(no home is going to be perfect!)
-You are working with a REALTOR
After all of questions are answered, many people I talk to realize either-this is the best time for them to buy or they need to do some more research to prepare themselves to buy a home.
So much of the question "Is now the best time to buy" ultimately depends on the buyer and their situation. It is the best time to buy when the buyer is prepared and ready to buy!!!!
