My husband and I have an awesome lot at Berkeley Hall in Bluffton, SC that we would love to sell - of course - sooner rather than later. We have reduced it from $519,000 to $289,900. Berkeley Hall is one of the premier golf courses and country clubs in the Hilton Head area. With TWO Tom Fazio golf courses with a core golf design plus state of the art practice range (our lot is across the street from that) it is truly a golfers paradise.
