If you have lived in the South you know all about mosquitoes, flies, HEAT & humidity, and us country folks. We sit on the front porch and wave at about everyone that passes by unless we are swatting a fly. Here we wave our hand at most cars we pass just to be friendly. In our town men and women will hold the door open for the next person. I was raised to say "yes mam and yes sir " and I've raised my children to do the same. We have churches on every corner and when we meet someone the question is't do you go to church, but where do you go to church? When our communities have a need and a tragedy we all come together as one to fill the need. As you can tell by now this Alabama girl plans to stay in Alabama.
