Lynda- We have a LOT of condos that were originally just hotel rooms. Kitchenettes have been added to them. Some have an actual bedroom, and some do not. But there are hundreds of them in Daytona Beach itself.  And the prices vary so drastically because of the way the streets are laid out between the ocean and river. There are small, oder homes in between the mansions ;-)

Jeff- Every city and area are drastically different here. Right now I'm posting listing info for buyers, so I haven't been checking the sales data. I'll get back to those numbers again when I finish these. But these are keeping us busy! We've been getting 1 or 2 new buyers every week =D

Adam- The Shores is one of the cities with the most drastic price ranges. It's a unique city.
