HONOR FLIGHT SOUTH CAROLINA SEEKS WHEELCHAIRS

Honor Flight South Carolina is seeking donated serviceable folding wheelchairs on a permanent or short term (one month) basis for the upcoming September 1 flight of World War II veterans to Washington, DC. Approximately 90 veterans will make the one-day trip and as many as one-third use wheel chairs. The veterans’ personal wheelchairs often are unable to travel  with them due to size and other restrictions.
Any chairs will be picked up and delivered to a secure storage room provided by the Columbia Airport. Loaned wheelchairs will be returned a week to ten-days after the September 1 flight.

Contact Ron Saxton in Chapin, cell 893-409-8935 or home 803-932-9481 or ron.saxton@us.army.mil with any questions.
To date, almost 900 WWII veterans have traveled on Honor Flights from the Columbia area to see their WWII Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, US Marine Corps Memorial, US Air Force Memorial, Arlington Cemetery and witness the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns. Veterans travel free and expenses are paid by individual and business volunteer donations. Over 1,100 WWII veterans pass away each day and these flights are perhaps a last opportunity for our country to show its gratitude for these heroes of "The Greatest Generation".

HOW WELL IS YOUR COMPUTER “DATA” PROTECTED?
You may be surprised that you’re not as well protected as you may think in the event of a hard-drive failure. Hard drives do fail! It’s usually not a matter of “if” it is usually a matter of “when”.  If your server is 5+ yrs or order you may already be on borrowed time.
There are many DIY methods to backing up your data however restoring your data can be incredibly expensive, time consuming and extremely frustrating. We have personally seen the enormous impact it can have on a small businesses. You can protect yourself now by taking this opportunity to talk with Tec Support Group. We will offer you straight, no bull, advice even if you have your own IT vendor. There is no obligation and we will not try to sell you anything!  Please contact your local contact, Joanne Sujata today at 803-816-0544.
