Successful Closing Means Another $150 goes to Charity

Beginning in January 2010 I implemented a $150 donation to charity with every closing.

Following the successful closing of 727 Deering Road, Pasadena, MD I am happy to report that the following donations have been made:

My Choice:

• $50 to the Eastern Virginia Medical School.  - This is one of the 4 schools in the consortium that awarded me my doctoral degree.  Without grants and financial aid I would never have been able to go to graduate school.

The Sellers' Choices:

• $50 to Elton John Aids Foundation which supports HIV prevention programs and provides assistance, support, and care to people diagnpsed with HIV/AIDS.
• $50 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure which funds breast cancer research.

I am excited to be able to make these donations and I look forward to making many more donations in the coming months (and years).
