We have a buyer from Virgina Beach coming down to huntsville's Redstone Arsenal as a part of the 2005 base realighnment and closure. The family was looking for Huntsville houses for sale but She was not able to come to back to Huntsville after we went under contract for a final punch list.
I was pressed for time and have a decent camera and lens. Rather than use tabs ob blue painters tape and and try to jump up to plact the tape in high places I used the camera. It saved a huge amount of time in writing a list and narrative and made explaing to the home buyer and builder much easier.

I haven't seen the home inspection report yet but it came back pretty clean. The only issue the home inspector mentioned to me was the HVAC flashing. We should have the home inspection soon. I will meet the inspector at the house tomorrow evening to pick up the radon testing equipment. We will need to make a request for repairs and submit to the houses listing agent within a few days. Once we clear the request for repairs, I will order and schedule the termite inspection.
I hope everyone is continuing to do well. Seller wants to close with Bo Harrison. I have closed with Bo several times without incident. Please let Kristen know.
