Don’t think of giving in…

Managing Real Estate Broker with Fathom Realty PB00068179

I'm only a babe in the woods as far as the real estate business goes.  There have been times that I've just wanted to thrown in the towel and go home.  That's not how I'm built but I saw no way around it.  It was like I was pouring money down into an empty pit with no return.  To those of you who are out there thinking about throwing in the towel I suggest you give it a little more time.  There has been roller coaster rides before and ultimately the ride comes to a stop and things return to normal (whatever that is).  Hang in there sunshine the ride will stop.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

James, there's the story of the little engine that could. we as agents need to keep the ending in our minds with a bit of a change: I know I can, I know i can. If we just keep doing our marketing, we'll get a share, which is more than someone that sulks will get. Thanks for sharing

There are way to many Realtors that are in and out of the business before their business cards are dry.  I know sometimes you have to stop the bleeding and move on.  Persistence is the name of the game.  Waiting for the tide to turn may seem like ages, but it is just around the corner.  Those that give up to prematurely are going to say "I wish I would have".

I really liked and appreciated this post.  I have been in the business since the end of May and am still just getting my feet wet, but I have wanted this too long and know that I will be a success, just need to do it!
