James, there's the story of the little engine that could. we as agents need to keep the ending in our minds with a bit of a change: I know I can, I know i can. If we just keep doing our marketing, we'll get a share, which is more than someone that sulks will get. Thanks for sharing

There are way to many Realtors that are in and out of the business before their business cards are dry.  I know sometimes you have to stop the bleeding and move on.  Persistence is the name of the game.  Waiting for the tide to turn may seem like ages, but it is just around the corner.  Those that give up to prematurely are going to say "I wish I would have".

I really liked and appreciated this post.  I have been in the business since the end of May and am still just getting my feet wet, but I have wanted this too long and know that I will be a success, just need to do it!
