High End Home Inventory In Woodbridge Virginia Is In Short Supply...

Currently high end home inventory is running low in the Woodbridge Area of Prince William County, Virginia. I have been working with two couples who are looking for a new place to call home. Unfortunately neither couple can wait for a new home to be built. And they have discounted most of the homes currently for sale for one reason or another.( see map below)

None have had that "this is the one!" feeling. With that said, if you are thinking of selling your high end home in the Woodbridge, Lake Ridge area, let me know. Hi Dave,

Wow! That could be because in our area so many homeowners are underwater on values. I'm curious how many of those homes in your area are Healthy Sales?

In the Woodbridge Virginia area where I work, current resale inventory priced between $550,000 and a Million breaks down like this. 22 are Healthy Regular Owner Listings, there are only 2 Foreclosures, and there are 18 Short Sale listings.

Our high end appears to be reaching the bottom of its market, so inventory is quite good. The high end lags behind the regular market by 12-18 months.
