July has come and gone and as we enter August it is time for another market update. As of August 9, 2007, here is a recap of July for Morgan County Real Estate. Here's the chance for all those wondering how the market is doing to find out!!
There were 133 houses sold and closed in July. This is down slightly from July of last year that saw 147 houses closed. Morgan County's average selling price is $139,039 which is up from last year's average price of $137,709. The median sales price for the month of July is $125,000.
Morgan County averaged 112 days on the market for sale. This is the exact same number from the same month of last year.
