Yes it's getting brutal out there. But on the other hand I know folks that are still living in their homes and haven't made a payment in over 2 years. Go figure.

Foreclosures are going to be in our future for quite some time now.  Short sales and pre-foreclosures will be there too.  With LIBOR rates as low as they are right now, an adjusting ARM is not always a bad thing.  Once LIBOR rises, we may see more defaults ahead.
