Got another lead from AR

Yeah you guys!!!

I got another lead from AR. This young lady called me over the weekend, and wanted me to be her agent, she is moving to GA from N. Carolina.

This lead came in a perfect time, as I was really frustrated with my inactivity when it came to real estate... I have been concentrating on other areas in my life, with good reason, but I needed a reminder that I am in the real estate thing to make a difference in mine and other life's.

So with the lead came a new surge of real estate energy... and hopeful all goes well with the client and my activity level will change and things will start happening

Nattalie- Congratulations. I know first hand what it is to get so discouraged that you feel like giving up. I have closed on 5 contracts all year long. This means that for 3 months I had nothing happen (All 5 of these were 1 per month....rrrr!). Then all of a sudden I listed 3 houses in 3 days, got a contract on one within 5 hours! Whippee! Then 1 week later got another accepted offer on a large home that had been listed since February. I want to jump up and start singing, "I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it!!!" LOL Anyway, I have that renewed energy to get out there and just keep going. Congratulations again and keep on rockin!
