Creating relationships is how our industry operates. I just finished CE a couple of days ago (yes, I waited to the last minute this year, again). I noticed that a lot of the talk was on relationships. Relationship with our clients, peers, co-workers, customers and our referral base.
We talked about LOADS. L=Loyalty, O=Obedience to the law, A=Accountability of all monies, D=Disclosure of all material facts, S=Skill, care and diligence.
These are the building blocks for building relationships, especially if you want good referrals from past clients.
It all means that as Real Estate Agents, Realtors and Professionals, we have to think of the needs, hopes and desires of others first and hope that they will show LOADS to us in return.
