When your house is on the market, keep it cool in the hot weather.
Now that the summer sun has warmed up into the 90's and even up to 100 here in West Texas, a nice cool air conditioned house will be remembered!
The houses that there is no air on or programmed to 82 -85 just won't have the same buyer impression. In fact just this week, I previewed a house for an investor, and it was all I could do is make my self look at it, it was hot, hot, hot! There was no air on at all.
When your house is on the market, vacant or not, consider that you have company staying over and leave the air on at a comfortable temperature for likely hot showing times, afternoons and weekends.
