Val Vista Lakes is a master planned lake community in north central Gilbert AZ, located in the eas
t valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
Gilbert AZ is surrounded by Chandler to the west, Mesa to the north and east, and Queen Creek to the south east. The Gila River Indian Reservation is to the south.
Val Vista Lakes consists of 7 gated and 17 non-gated sub-divisions.
LUSH GREEN LANDSCAPE THEME
One of the beautiful aspects of this 1,976 home community is the lush green landscape theme running throughout, which is like living in an oasis in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. But if you want to hike in the desert mountains, it's all around you, and nearby.
There are usually a few homes for sale in Val Vista Lakes in all price ranges, from the high 100,000's to over one million dollars. There are Val Vista Lakes waterfront homes, as well as many non waterfront homes available.
CLUBHOUSE
The Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse in Gilbert is the focal point of the community. Utilizing the clubhouse is like being in an upscale resort, with plenty of sports and activity amenities for everyone.
The Board of Directors is constantly working to improve the clubhouse and the community, and working hard to reduce expenses at the same time.
CARDIO ROOM REFURBISHED
Recently, Mr Ron Norwood, President of the Val Vista Lakes HOA anounced the near completion of refurbishing the Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse Cardio Room.
They purchased six new treadmills, plus added two new bicycles and upgraded the Video Monitors. In addition they installed new quiet rubber flooring. Soon they will be adding padding to the walls. Many residents believe the refurbishing was necessary and will be appreciated by all resident users.
The Grand Opening of the newly refurbished cardio room was held on June 17, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. All Val Vista Lakes residents were invited to attend.
