There will always be people who need to buy or sell a home - regardless of economic situations. People get married, people divorce, people have children, children grow up, people pass away, people are transferred, people retire ... and on and on and on.

Agents - All you ever need to do to succeed is exercise your forearm muscles by lifting up the phone and putting it your ear as you dial a phone number. Then do it again. Then do it again. Then do it again. Not cold calls, but dialing numbers of people you know and who know and trust you.

Home Sellers - all YOU ever need to do to succeed in selling your home is to hire a realtor who knows how to get people in the door, knows how to tell you the truth about the value of your home, and knows how to help you prepare your home for sale.
