HUD and Foreclosed deals you might have missed!
There might be a super deal that you missed on the perfect home for you. I am finding with some pretty substantial regularity that there are features of both HUD and Bank owned homes that are being missed by the listing agent. I am not faulting them for this, they are buried under a huge list of house keeping chores from the sellers of these homes.
In the last 24 hours I just located another prime deal. This home is not yet in the MLS, but because I have started to tour all of the homes that are about to come up on the market through the HUD system or by the local REO agents I was able to spot a super buy.
This foreclosed home is located in a fantastic neighborhood, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is listed as having a single attached garage, all of which is correct. Here is the key part of this listing that is missed on the information sheet and therefore will also be missed by all of the people looking online and agents doing auto searches: THE HOME ALSO HAS A HUGE 30 X 42 WORKSHOP!!!
This is not the first time I have found listings like this that key information that would definitely raise the value has been missed on the listing information. If you are serious about finding a home, work with an agent who takes the time to locate the deals, who will have you and your wants on their mind when they find deals like this one. Oh yea by the way, there is a full basement with more room to finish if you want and it is priced UNDER 85K in town on a large fenced lot.
