Buyers Agent concern about Buyers Benefit

I love Clark Howard and I do his advise. But 2 days ago I heard something that I was shocked. The information he gave to one of his caller was not right. The caller was first time home buyers and asked him should he has a Buyer Agent. Clark only explained to him about Listing agent contract with the seller. He told to the buyer if you get an agent be-careful about contract he will sign with agent and if buyer find the house by himself doesn't let agent get involve on it. Unfortunately he forgot to tell him that Listing Agent concern about seller's benefit and does not concern about buyers benefit. Even a buyer find a house by himself his agent concern about buyer's benefit and what is right for him.I was so disappointed from Clark that time because everything is not only money  that he concern about ; how about buyers benefit in transaction and by the way buyer doesnot have to  pay to his Agent !
