Happy Homeowners...... It's a Good Thing!

It's so fun to have a Happy Homeowner these days.... Lately, the closings seem anti-climatic when you wait months for a short sale... or the REO listing needs $$$ the day you move in...This was a "traditional Sale" and everyone had a great time...
