Ken: If that is indeed the case then you should have no trouble getting another buyer soon.
That is an elegant home. I hope all goes will with the approved short sale.
How do we work out our buyer pre-approvals when in fact the buyer can't be financially pre-approved because the lenders who need to do a pre-approval won't do one until the short sale is approved...and down the rabbit hole we go.

You should try using a nonrefundable deposit clause in your contracts with short sales to keep a serious buyer loyal. I have found it is a good screening process in finding buyers that stick with the deal.
