With all of the government programs floating around and the efforts to cut down on the time for approving short sales, you would think that we might see some change in the process to the good. Not so much. Until you can get the unorganized banks to stop losing documents that have to be resent multiple times and negotiators combining different files into one, this won't happen. If you present a good file to them, this shouldn't be an issue. Bank of America, with their system, Equator, still loses documents that must be resent. How does that happen? It is uploaded to them. With the banks, I guess its Murphy's Law, if the banks can lose, they certainly will. In our area, Roswell GA Short Sales are still quite a process.It does get tiring.
