So many deals out there but no money for a down payment? Some lenders just won't give some good people another chance without at least 3.5% down! After the "Obama" Tax Credit ended, I looked for other ways to try to get some business and I found it! I live in Lake County IL. and the County is offering a Down Payment Assistance Program! I Just turned some renters into owners! Again why rent if you can afford to own!
