How's the market doing?  Are you seeing any improvements?  These are daily questions in this tough economy and many are seeking reliable answers. Let's take a brief look at a few numbers for those of you who are thinking of buying or selling in Fort Collins, relocating to Fort Collins or are just curious about Northern Colorado real estate.

Fort Collins Home Inventory:

As of June 1st, 2010, total home inventory for Fort Collins, CO is 3893 homes.  Fortunately, our foreclosure rate is still relatively low at 27% with 1073 foreclosures.

Fort Collins Average Days on Market (ADOM):

As of June 1st, it took an average of 101 days from listing to ratified (closed) contract in Fort Collins.  This indicates how long homeowners are willing to wait to sell their homes and should help set realistic expectations when trying to sell a home.  Fort Collins is still performing better, on average, than the Colorado state average of 114 days.  Infinity Group Realty is proud that our listed homes have sold in an average of 82 days this year.

If you are looking to buy or sell your home, now is a great time!  I would love to be a resource if you have questions or are in need of a qualified, motivate agent in Fort Collins, CO.

Thanks for the info, Dee.  We are from northeast Wyoming but visit northern Colorado often.  It is interesting to compare market info and stats.  Sounds like you are flourishing in the difficult times, keep it up!
