What does it all mean? Well, like most statistics, it can mean a bunch of things or nothing. Obviously each home sold for different reasons and conditions. Unfortunately, where there are only a few entries, the comparisons are fewer than the differences. Overall though, it's handy to see what the combined sales information is as you look to make specific comparisons.
As of 6/15/2010, there are 416 Single Family and Condominium homes actively listed for sale in Howell, NJ. Their price ranges are:
- 42 under $200,000;
- 126 between $200,000 and $300,000;
- 120 between $300,000 and $400,000;
- 55 between $400,000 and $500,000;
