How is the New Jersey market?  Have other areas of New Jersey done better than others?  Who got hit the worst, North, Central or Southern?  It's that how you divide NJ up?

Hi Kellie - I work/live in Central NJ and the market has definitely dropped since 2005/06 but not as bad as other states.  Our proximity to NYC really helps!
