So many times I spend my lunch on the run or either taking bites in between phone calls and/or working on something at my desk. Business has picked up since I took my mini-vacation over the Memorial Day weekend so I seem to be putting in MORE time at the office.
A couple days this week, I have been able to get away from the desk and go with a few agents from the office and eat lunch. This has proven to be good for the social time and also to exchange what's going on or what's not going on with our transactions. I think it enables us to see that we are not ALONE in this new phase of real estate....and critique each other. I did say constructive critique, right?
I am a licensed REALTOR® from Pike County located about 45 miles south of Atlanta and considered MetroAtlanta. I assist buyers/sellers and strive to make the transaction as smooth as can be. I believe that it is a TEAM EFFORT with buyer/seller, lender, attorney and myself. Communication is the key!
